beginners yoga course
This course provides a systematic introduction to the theory and practice of yoga postures, breathing exercises and guided relaxation.  The focus is on fundamentals, building a strong foundation through detailed verbal direction and adjustments.

general info
  • Please bring your own mat if you have one, mats are available for use if not
  • Wear comfortable clothing and have a warm layer for relaxation
  • Yoga is practiced bare foot
  • It is advisable not to eat 2 hours before class
  • Please advise the teacher of any specific medical complaints or if you are pregnant
  • Yoga is not only for women... men are very welcome.... you do not have to be flexible!!

  • Courses are an excellent opportunity to commit to your practice, be with a consistent group energy and teacher as we work together to develop your knowledge and practice. 
  • It may be possible to join a course after the start date.
  • Courses are usually for six weeks and require advance booking (booking form)
  •  If you start the course one week later (missing one class), you can pay £42 (instead of £48). Once you have started the course,  classes missed can not be carried over. 
  • Courses are non-transferable, non-refundable once the course has started.

  • We are unable to accept credit/debit cards at this time
