"I am really enjoying the course, it is helping me make gradual positive changes and I am really feeling the difference in my reactions to certain situations and it really does open a whole new world! I feel it can only improve so thank you so much for a fantastic course.  I really think the advice about changing the mind's thought patterns and habits gently is great and very true!"  L -  Meditation Course May 2012

Raja yoga, is known as the the royal path of the mind and is dedicated to all the internal aspects of yoga. Patanjali's ashtanga or 'Eight Limbs' of Raja Yoga are a systematic, comprehensive approach to Meditation, Self awareness and ultimately, enlightenment.   The first five limbs or steps progressively develop concentration which ultimately lead to meditation.

The practice of concentration and meditation brings supreme joy and inner spiritual strength and happiness.  It plumbs the depths of profound knowledge and intuition and leads to communion with the divine.  A journey from the head to the heart...
Six classes - £48.  Please complete a booking form.  Small group assured.

Just as a beautiful tree grows slowly, in meditation we must also wait for the blossom, the ripening of the fruit and ultimate taste.  So also with the blossom of meditation, an inexpressible peace permeates the entire being.  Wherever in the world you may wander, the mind is never truly satisfied except when it withdraws from the mundane world, to the inner world of silence, peace and divine love.
