private yoga class
A private yoga class provides individual attention and instruction in practice. This can be in your own home or quiet space or at ours. Students particularly benefit from one to one instruction when they need more individual guidance, modifications or Yoga Therapy. A one to one can help you to establish your own practice in a way that works best for you as an individual.
Personalised classes cover all levels, from dynamic to restorative, as well as pregnancy yoga. We teach traditional Hatha Yoga.
Yoga for beginners, improvers, intermediate, restorative, yoga therapy, yoga for seniors and pregnancy. We also can help you establish a regular meditation practice and general spiritual yoga practice.

Lila has been teaching yoga on a full time basis since 2001 and is registered as a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Her experience is vast and varied, Lila teaches groups and individuals from the complete novice to the seasoned practitioner. For several years now, Lila has been leading Yoga Teachers Training Courses in India and Canada, training yoga teachers in Hatha Yoga, Meditation, Chanting and Anatomy & Physiology
