Hatha Yoga to Strengthen your Core - with Atiya Khan

Join Atiya for a strengthening and energising practice. During this workshop we will practise hatha yoga with an emphasis on yoga postures to engage the core, which include the muscles around the abdomen, back and pelvis. Strong core muscles improve our balance and stability on the mat as well as during daily life, supporting posture and lower back pain. Core yoga poses require us to concentrate, enabling us to focus and clear the mind.
The workshop offers a complete practice with pranayama, Savasana and the opportunity for introspection.
