Workshop Series

Living Ayurveda

A series of 4 inspirational workshops
for Winter, Spring, Summer & Autumn wellbeing

with Joanna Webber

Ayurveda (the science of life) offers insight into how we can dance with the rhythms of nature through each day, the seasons and indeed our life stages.  It is the sister science of Yoga and the two compliment each other beautifully.
This series will focus on how we can apply Ayurveda's timeless wisdom to improve our health and wellbeing all year round.
15 Jan, 12 Mar, 4 Jun, 17 Sept

Our Ayurveda Workshop series is designed for:

  • Inspiring and motivating you to improve health and overall wellbeing all year round
  • Yoga practitioners and teachers wanting to explore Yoga's sister science and apply it to their practice/teaching
  • Educating in an inspiring and informative way about how to live in harmony with nature seasonally... practical and easy tips
  • Discovering how to use food as medicine and forage for kitchen goodness
  • Making easy home remedies and nourishing self care elixirs
Thank you both so much for the brilliant Ayurveda workshop on Saturday. As a yoga teacher, this is an area that I always feel I should know more about, but have not yet taken time to explore. The workshop provided a very interesting introduction which has left me wanting to study more. Also, what a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning!  - Claire - online workshop
I loved the workshop yesterday -- thank you so much!  Looking forward to the next Ayurveda event! - Siobhan - online workshop
