GENERAL ALL LEVELS
Precise instruction, alignment with breath and movement. Each class has a different focus to help to develop, deepen and broaden the experience of practice while exploring the basics too. Each practice is skilfully sequenced with modifications offered where needed. We explore new possibilities in order to keep building upon and evolving your practice. All levels welcome.
YIN & RESTORE
In a Yin Yoga class postures are passively held for around 3 to 5 minutes or more. The practice allows time to soften, deepen into the connective tissues and fascia where tension and tightness can build up. Yin yoga is a perfect tonic to de-stress and de-compress. It is a deep practice that regenerates, improves energy flow, reduces stress and opens up the body, often increasing flexibility. The practice is also a tonic for balancing
emotions and a busy mind.
