intermediate yoga course
The intermediate course is more suited for students who have been attending regular classes, as instructions assume a certain level of understanding and maturity of practice (we are happy to discuss this with you).
A full range of postures, some with variations are explored whilst maintaining a deep focus on attention and awareness and observing physical and mental limits in the practice. Breathing exercises, short meditations and detailed corrections allow for an ongoing way for you to feel and further appreciate the benefits of the practice.
