Online Class info

BOOKING A CLASS
  • Head to the BOOK A CLASS button and select the class you would like to attend by pressing the 'Sign Up' button 
  • Select 'BOOK NOW' and enter your details and payment information if you are booking a drop in class.  
  • If you have a class pass, simply sign in to your account, purchase your subscription membership or class pass and then book your class using your class credits.  Please remember to use them within the validity period as unused classes cannot be carried over.  Class passes and membership subscriptions begin on date of purchase.

SETTING UP FOR CLASS & ZOOM
  • The class link will automatically be emailed to you one hour before the class begins
  • Turn on the video on your device
  • Welcome to arrive to the virtual waiting room up to 15 minutes before the class starts,  Please arrive at least 5 minutes before practice.  If you are late, please wait a few minutes as it may be that the teacher can't let you in immediately.  You may not get in if you are late... 
  • You will need a computer/ipad/tablet or a smart phone with a good sized screen so you can see the teacher
  • You will need reliable internet connection
  • Ensure any alarms, notifications are switched off so as not to disturb practice
  • It's important to ensure your device is fully charged or plugged in so we don't lose you!
  • Place your mat in a space where you can stretch your arms above your head (so not under a low light fitting :))  and also stretch your arms out to the sides without obstruction
  • Place your laptop/camera device away from your mat with enough distance so we can see you when lying down or standing.  You will also need to see the teacher on screen so best not to place too far away.  If you have a small space, don't worry, just do what you can with the space you have.​

BOOK A CLASS
PRICES & PASSES
Equipment
Every class is different and having props to hand saves you running in the middle of class looking for them!  Props help in supporting the body to go deeper into some postures and/or avoid discomfort.  However, we can also manage without them so no worries if you are in a field with none!
  • Yoga mat
  • Blanket or large towel
  • Yoga foam blocks or large folded towel
  • Yoga bricks or hard back books work well
  • Yoga strap or a belt, scarf, dressing gown belt would do!
  • Yin classes - have cushions and pillows around and/or a bolster
Practice
  • Please dress as you would for a yoga class in a live setting
  • Please inform the teacher if you are pregnant or have any new medical issues not already known to the teacher
  • Listen to your body and know your limitations.  If you need to release from a posture due please do so.
  • On zoom there is the possibility to send a chat message to the teacher if you are unsure of anything.
