Equipment
Every class is different and having props to hand saves you running in the middle of class looking for them! Props help in supporting the body to go deeper into some postures and/or avoid discomfort. However, we can also manage without them so no worries if you are in a field with none!
Every class is different and having props to hand saves you running in the middle of class looking for them! Props help in supporting the body to go deeper into some postures and/or avoid discomfort. However, we can also manage without them so no worries if you are in a field with none!
- Yoga mat
- Blanket or large towel
- Yoga foam blocks or large folded towel
- Yoga bricks or hard back books work well
- Yoga strap or a belt, scarf, dressing gown belt would do!
- Yin classes - have cushions and pillows around and/or a bolster
- Please dress as you would for a yoga class in a live setting
- Please inform the teacher if you are pregnant or have any new medical issues not already known to the teacher
- Listen to your body and know your limitations. If you need to release from a posture due please do so.
- On zoom there is the possibility to send a chat message to the teacher if you are unsure of anything.
