The Immersion: One-Day Urban Yoga Retreat
with Lila Conway & Ranchor Prime Celebrating the Yoga of Love As love is in the air on the approach to Valentines day we celebrate the true meaning of Love in the yoga tradition. A retreat in the heart of the city ... a journey from the head to the heart.... a day of transformation and joy! A deep, powerful yoga immersion with the practice of Yoga asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing), Relaxation, Chanting Mantras, Kirtan (devotional singing) and yogic philosophy. All profits from the day will go to Sri Radhey Seva Trust Charity in Vrindavan, India who provide free medical care for people in need. Lila will be leading both yoga classes along with some chanting, Atiya is sharing her nutritional expertise and culinary skills in preparing a delicious vegetarian lunch and the inspirational Ranchor Prime will share some beautiful insights and teachings from the bhakti yoga tradition... the path of love and devotion. Ranchor has translated the Bhagavad Gita into English and has been following the path of Bhakti Yoga for more than 40 years. How to Get to Lam Rim Buddhist Centre
At the end of East Street (the main pedestrian shopping street in Bedminster), cross straight over to British Road by the London Inn. Victoria Place is 50 yards up on the right. There is a car park nearby in Diamond Street.
VICTORIA PLACE is off British Road in the heart of Bedminster, just behind the main shopping area. As it is a small residential cul-de-sac, parking is only available for disabled car users. There is unrestricted street parking in British Road and Braunton Road and a free car park in Diamond Street. The area is also well serviced by a number of bus routes and Temple Meads station is about 1 mile away.
