Prana & the vital energy body

A exploration of prana, vital energy and the Pranamaya Kosha, our energy body and chakras. When we have an understanding of the link between the physical, mind and energy body, we can maintain and optimise vitality and wellbeing. Working with nature's gift of prana (energy) can help in improved physical health, a calmer balanced way of life, stress reduction and increased energy levels. The course is over 4 sessions and includes mostly theory and pranayama, along with a little meditation and mantra.
What you will learn
Explanation of this ancient wisdom and guidance through various practices and techniques will be given by Lila, who draws from her extensive teaching experience, practice and study. She has guided and supported practitioners and yoga teachers in their yoga practice and transformation for more than 20 years.
