Our annual New Year Retreat is moving online this year! We are very excited to welcome you all for a positive, nourishing and inspiring start to 2021. We will meditate, chant mantras and come together as a community for a nourishing day of yoga practice in its various forms. Join us for the whole day if you can (recommended) or half a day.
8.30 - 9.30am - Pranayama (gentle and dynamic breathing exercises), Meditation and Mantra Chanting
11.00 - 12.15pm - Energising Hatha Yoga (a slightly faster paced flowing practice)
3.45 - 5.00pm - Yin Yoga, (deep & slow release)
6.30 - 7.30pm - A restorative guided relaxation & devotional chanting
