Yin Yoga Workshop

10.00am - 12noon A Saturday morning session to deeply release and restore with a Yin Yoga practice. We will hold asanas for longer periods of time, penetrating deeply into connective tissue which unlocks and releases tension. We conclude the workshop with a long relaxation followed by a short meditation, to fully integrate all we will have practiced.
