The beauty, ancient wisdom and discipline of Yoga is a way of life, offering a way of being for optimal wellbeing - physically, mentally and spiritually... it transforms and brings us to the more subtle layers of our being, deeper into the wisdom of the heart. When the seed of wisdom is watered, we naturally shine a light on our own inner knowledge, enhancing daily life and deepening our connection. Courses will be livestream so we have a sense of community, connect with others and learn together (recordings will be available if you are unable to attend livestream).
