                                      Welcome to Yogaprema Bristol.  We are a community of Sivananda Yoga Teachers offering Traditional Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Meditation practices in Bristol and the South West of England.  Our teachers are committed to propagating the teachings of Yoga... we are practitioners, not preachers and are enthusiastic to share these ancient teachings and knowledge as has been given to us by our spiritual teachers and the senior disciples of the Sivananda Yoga Ashrams & Centres worldwide.

                                      We offer yoga classes in Totterdown, Windmill Hill and the City Centre and teach Private and Corporate classes throughout the City and surrounding areas.  We welcome you, whether its your first time on a yoga mat, you are a seasoned practitioner or a yoga teacher... there are practices to suit all.  Yoga is for everyone, men and women from all walks of life, all ages... and, you don't need to be flexible... that comes with practice!

                                      yogaś-citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ ||2||


                                      When you are in a state of yoga, all misconceptions (vrittis) that can exist in the mutable aspect of human beings (chitta) disappear. ||2||
