Beginners/Refreshers Yoga - ONLINE
A course of 6 classes in each term will be livestreamed with zoom. Any missed classes can be taken with the replay which is valid for 3 days.
Suitable for beginners, anyone wanting to refresh/get back into their practice slowly, or gain a deeper understanding of the basic fundamentals of practice. Everyone welcome.
The course is a new and revised Beginners Course, so if you have already completed a Beginners Course with Yoga Prema, you will learn a completely new set of practices. Lila has been supporting Beginners and people of all levels in their practice for the past 19 years. Our beginners course is a systematic introduction to the theory and practice of yoga postures, breathing exercises and guided relaxation. The focus is on fundamentals, building a strong foundation through detailed verbal direction and adjustments. You will learn a practice sequence and the benefits of each posture. Each week new practices are introduced and we recap on previous weeks. The practice is a little slower so whether you are a complete beginner or would like to get back in to your practice, you are welcome. |
Course Time: 6.00 - 7.00pm, Mondays Course Dates: 11 Jan - 15 Feb, 2021 Replay recordings will be valid for 3 days after each session, so no worries if you can't make a class.
