Yoga Postures, Breathing Exercises, Meditation & Mantra


A wind-down practice of asanas (postures) to stretch and relax the body in readiness for meditation.  Often difficulties arise in sitting for long periods of time, due to pins and needles, stiffness and fatigue.  We will also practice pranayama (breathing exercises) to further relax the body and calm the mind... providing a perfect platform for meditation.  We will conclude with approximately 30 minutes of sitting mantra meditation.  This will be a guided meditation leading into a silent practice of Japa Meditation.

This course is intended as practice only.  You will be guided through all of the practices, however, there will be very little theory so as we can savour the benefits of practice, practice, practice!!

All levels welcome.  Six week Course £48.
