Living Yoga Mentorship

A personalised one-to-one online space to explore yoga as a living practice — whether you are completely new to yoga or ready to go deeper.

These 90-minute sessions support you in weaving yoga into everyday life through simple, sustainable practices that foster steadiness, clarity, calm and connection.

Drawing on over 25 years of full-time teaching and decades of lived devotional practice, I offer clear, steady guidance. Together we may explore meditation, mantra, breathwork, bhakti, daily rhythms, nervous system balance, yogic wisdom or building a home practice that feels natural and nourishing in your current life.

At the heart of this work is a quiet reconnection — to yourself, to presence and to the rhythms that genuinely nourish your inner life.

How it works

All sessions are held online via Zoom. They are spacious and conversational.

Each session closes with a short follow-up email containing simple reflections and personalised suggestions to support integration between sessions. You will be encouraged to keep a light reflective journal.

Sessions are usually spaced every 2–3 weeks for continuity and gentle support.
