Yoga Immersions & Workshops

Immersions offer the opportunity to deepen your yoga practice over time, within a committed and supportive group.

Meeting regularly creates a living container where the different threads of yoga can be explored together through practice, reflection and shared experience.

Over time this steady rhythm allows yoga practice to deepen naturally, helping to establish a grounded and meaningful personal practice that supports greater steadiness, clarity and wellbeing in everyday life.

Each immersion weaves together embodied Hatha yoga, breathwork and pranayama, meditation, mantra, reflection and timeless wisdom drawn from classical yoga teachings including the Bhagavad Gita and the Yoga Sutras, always brought back to what is practical, relevant and alive in daily life.

Many yoga practitioners reach a point where weekly classes no longer feel enough.

You sense there is something deeper calling - a complete, integrated path that weaves together classical asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and the living wisdom of the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita to create real steadiness, vitality, clarity and embodied presence in daily life.

This is that path.

Each 90-minute live session includes a clear progression across the full practice — classical asana, pranayama, mantra, guided meditation and practical exploration of the yogic teachings — always brought back to how they can support and enrich everyday life. Over twelve weeks the different threads of yoga work together and strengthen one another, allowing the practices to truly take root.

Why 12 weeks? Twelve weeks is long enough for real change to take hold. It creates the rhythm, momentum and continuity needed for the teachings and practices to move beyond the mat and begin to shape how you live, relate and respond to everyday life.

    Embodied Heart Wisdom

Allowing the teachings to move from the mind into the heart and bones, so embodied wisdom and inner knowing shape how you move through the world.
