Yoga for Tight Hips, Hamstrings and Lower Back

A 60 minute practice focusing on the hips, legs and lower back. The practice includes Kapalabhati breathing exercises, Surya Namaskar, lying and standing postures focusing on hip openers and stretches for tight hamstrings. The practice concludes with relaxation.
