The Spine is our body's support structure, allowing us to move. Through incorrect posture we develop imbalances in the body and weak points. By working with the spinal movements we keep the juicy flexibility of the spine in it's various positions and nourish the nerves, ligaments, muscles, joints and tissues around it.
